How much should I water my lawn? During dry periods, a lawn my require as much as 1 1/2" of water per week. Best results are attained when the soil is damp to a depth of 4 to 6 inches after water. Watering in the morning thoroughly twice a week is considered the best program.
When should I mow my lawn after an application is done? After an application has been applied to your lawn, you should NOT mow your lawn for 48 hours. We recommend leaving the clippings down for one mowing. Other mowing tips that will help maintain the health of your lawn would be to mow frequently, keep your blade sharp, and remove no more that 1/4 to 1/3 of the plant each mowing.
How safe are the fertilizers and herbicides that are used? Tree-N-Turf uses products that are strictly within state guidelines for your protection and the protection of our environment. It is recommended by the product labels that you stay clear of the treated area until it is dry.
